Dr. Cheryl Ingram

Dr. Cheryl Ingram, aka Dr. CI, is a highly successful entrepreneur, blogger, content creator, and author dedicated to addressing discrimination and oppression in workplaces and educational institutions. She has founded multiple companies specializing in DEI work, including Inclusology, a software company building world-class DEI benchmarks, and Diverse City Group, a consulting firm serving organizations across the United States.
With nearly $2 million raised in funding for her ventures, Dr. CI has led DEI training and coaching for over 20 years.

Dr. CI is also a creative force, producing and directing the
award-winning documentary "You're Smarter Than You Look," which has garnered acclaim in the indie film circuit. She has also been a consultant for award-winning production companies and worked on numerous campaigns, including but not limited to Nike, Gillette, Apple, Samsung, and more.
Cheryl is also a talented music artist.  Her academic credentials include a Doctorate of Education specializing in DEI, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
